First, we'll hop on a call to get a feel for your goals so we can determine if we're the best to help. If we mutually decide it's worth it to continue the conversation, we'll enter into a formal discovery process before you commit to a build-out.
After learning more about your goals, we can offer a general cost range. If it makes sense to move forward from there, we'll move into a discovery process with a set price. During that process, we'll architect the initial project (or projects) and fine-tune the total cost for the build-out. At that point, you have full freedom to decide whether or not you'd like to move forward.
Every project starts with a discovery process that requires very little of your time; we'll be doing the heavy lifting behind the scenes. From there, we'll follow your lead on how "in the weeds" you prefer to be during the execution phase. Regardless of your comfort level, we'll look to you to clearly articulate business goals and guardrails related to our work and to make decisions as they're presented to you.
Sure! Most companies we work with have a talented in-house technology team that is otherwise committed or they have a specialty gap to fill. We'll break down detailed roles and expectations as part of the discovery process.
