December 30, 2025

New this week: an improved employee directory experience, expanded benefits administration and enrollment workflows, user deactivation, richer employee profiles, and full single sign-on (SSO) support.

Improved Employee Directory Experience

We’re enhancing the Employee Directory to better match what most teams expect when browsing coworkers.

  • Directory now defaults toward a more familiar list-style browsing experience

  • Future layout options will support toggling between list, card, and org chart views

Why it matters: Makes it faster and more intuitive to search, browse, and find employees — especially in larger organizations.

Benefits Administration

Benefits Administration is now available for HR teams to manage employee benefit programs in one place.

  • Configure benefit plans and coverage options

  • Define eligibility groupings

  • Store and distribute plan documents securely

Why it matters: Gives HR a centralized, organized system for benefits management inside the platform.

Benefit Plan Enrollment Workflow

HR admins can now manage benefit enrollment directly within the system.

  • Enroll employees into benefit plans through a guided workflow

  • Track enrollment status and eligibility

  • Configure employee cost and coverage selections

Why it matters: Streamlines open enrollment and reduces manual tracking across spreadsheets or external systems.

Manage and Terminate Benefit Enrollments

We’ve added more control for HR teams managing ongoing enrollments.

  • Edit existing employee benefit enrollments

  • Terminate (unenroll) employees when needed

  • Improved effective-date handling for cleaner administration

Why it matters: Benefits management is now flexible and accurate throughout the full employee lifecycle.

Upgraded Employee Benefits Page + “Contact HR” Support

Employees now have a much richer and more helpful benefits experience.

  • Benefits page now displays real-time plan enrollments and costs

  • Clear per-pay breakdowns and access to plan documents

  • New Contact HR modal allows employees to submit benefits questions directly to HR

Why it matters: Employees get clarity, transparency, and an easy way to ask questions without leaving the portal.

User Deactivation

Admins now have the ability to deactivate users when access should be removed.

Why it matters: Improves security and account management for employee transitions.

Cell Phone Numbers in Employee Profiles

Employee profiles now include an optional cell phone number field.

Why it matters: Helps teams maintain better contact information for internal communication.

Single Sign-On (SSO) Support

We’ve introduced full-featured Single Sign-On support for organizations that want streamlined, secure access.

Supported providers include:

  • Microsoft

  • Google

  • Generic OIDC providers

  • SAML-based identity systems

Why it matters: Makes login easier for employees while meeting enterprise-grade security and IT requirements.
