Overview

The Training section in Core gives you access to assigned learning, available courses, progress tracking, and certificates. Depending on your role, you may also see manager tools for assigning training and reviewing team progress.


Accessing Training

All training content is accessed from the Training area.

  1. Select Training from the left-side navigation under the Growth section

  2. You’ll land on the Training dashboard


Training Dashboard

The Training dashboard provides a high-level view of your learning activity and quick access to training areas.

Dashboard Summary

You may see summary tiles such as:

  • Required Courses – Courses assigned to you that may include due dates

  • In Progress – Courses you’ve started but haven’t completed

  • Completed – Courses you’ve finished

  • Certificates – Active certificates you’ve earned, if applicable


Training Tabs

The Training page includes tabs that help you find, complete, and manage courses.

Assigned

The Assigned tab shows courses that have been assigned to you by your organization.

  • Assigned courses may be required and include due dates

  • Status indicators show whether a course is not started, in progress, completed, or overdue

Catalog

The Catalog tab allows you to browse available courses, if enabled by your organization.

  • Search for courses by name using the Search courses field

  • Apply filters, if available, to narrow results

Certificates

The Certificates tab displays certificates you’ve earned from completed training, if your organization issues certificates.

  • Certificates may show a status such as active, expired, or revoked

  • Some certificates require renewal

You can view or download certificates directly from this tab. For details, see Viewing or Downloading Certificates.


External Training (If Enabled)

Your organization may sync training records from an external provider.

  • External training is synced automatically, often on a daily schedule

  • Completion dates and course status may appear in your training history

  • External courses may appear even if you have no assigned courses in Core

Manager Tools (If Available)

If you are a manager or administrator, you may see additional options at the top of the Training page.

  • Manager Dashboard

  • Manage Courses

  • Manage Paths

  • Manage Assignments

  • Training Analytics

These tools are role-based and are not visible to all users.


Tips for Using Training

  • Complete required courses first, especially those with due dates

  • Use search to quickly locate a course by title

  • Check the Certificates tab if you need proof of completion

  • If you believe required training is missing, contact your manager or HR
