Account Management Overview
Overview
Account Management covers the settings that help you keep your Core account up to date and secure. From here, you can update your profile details, manage two-factor authentication (2FA), reset your password, and control sign-in and session basics.
If you’re new to Core or haven’t signed in before, start by reviewing How to Create Your Account .
Access Account Settings
In the top-right corner, click your name or avatar
Select Profile Settings
You’ll be taken to the Settings area where you can manage your account. To learn more about the overall Settings area and what’s available, see Settings.
Manage Your Profile Information
In Profile Settings, you can review and update your personal information used across Core.
First Name (required)
Last Name (required)
Email (required — also your login username)
Title (optional)
Phone (optional)
Note: Updating your email address also updates your login username.
Profile Photo
Profile photos are managed by your HR administrator. If you need to update your photo, contact HR.
Password & Login Help
Password changes are handled through the password reset process.
From the Core login page, click Forgot Password?
Follow the instructions in the password reset email to create a new password

Account Lockout
If you enter incorrect credentials multiple times, your account may be temporarily locked.
Wait a few minutes and try again
If the issue continues, contact your HR administrator
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security by requiring a verification code in addition to your password.
Enable or manage 2FA from Profile Settings → Two-Factor Authentication
After enabling 2FA, save your recovery codes in a secure location
Tip: If you lose access to your authenticator app, recovery codes can help you sign in.
Session Management & Signing Out
Sign Out
Click your name or avatar in the top-right corner
Select Sign Out
Remember Me
When signing in, you may see a Remember Me option to stay logged in across browser sessions.
Security Tip: Only use this option on trusted devices.
Security Best Practices
Use a strong password with letters, numbers, and special characters
Enable two-factor authentication
Store recovery codes securely
Never share your password or verification codes
Always sign out on shared or public devices
