Eligibility: This giveaway is open only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Onsharp, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the giveaway. Furthermore, current customers of Onsharp are not eligible to participate. The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Onsharp as final and binding as it relates to the content of this giveaway.

Entry Period: Entries will be accepted during trade shows and events where Onsharp exhibits from September through November 2023. All entries must be received by that end date to be considered.

Prizes: The winner of the giveaway will receive a 7 day, 8 night stay at Corazon Cabo Resort in Cabo San Lucas, $1,000 towards airfare, and $500 in spending cash. Actual/appraised value may differ at the time of prize award. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted.

Travel Conditions: The Winner will be responsible for making their own travel arrangements, including obtaining necessary passports or other travel documentation. Dates of stay are subject to resort availability. Onsharp will not be responsible for any travel complications or cancellations.

Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of Onsharp on December 1, 2023. Winner will be notified within five (5) days following selection of Winner. Onsharp shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 48 hours from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this giveaway is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Limitation of Liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Onsharp and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.

Governing Law: This giveaway shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state in which Onsharp is registered, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

Sponsor: The Sponsor of the giveaway is Onsharp. The giveaway hosted by Onsharp is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third-party platforms or entities where information about the giveaway might be shared.

Acceptance of Rules: By participating in the giveaway, participants signify their acceptance of these Official Rules and Regulations.
