Onsharp is happy to welcome Ritika Gerdes to the Development Team! Ritika joins the Fargo office as a Senior Software Developer where she will be involved with enterprise-level web application development.
Originally from New Delhi, India, Ritika completed her undergrad at North Dakota State University in 2008 in Biotechnology. She continued her education at NDSU where she earned her master’s degree in Computer Science in 2013. After she received her master’s degree she attended the University of Mary where she earned her MBA! Since then Ritika has been working as a Software Engineer for over 11 years.
We asked Ritika what interested her to work for the Onsharp team, she responded “A smaller company with the promise of progress and professional development sooner than expected.” Ritika took a Leadership Plus Experience with Onsharps recruiter, which was how she found the position.

- She used to be an introvert or extrovert in hiding (she still can be, sometimes).
- She only has an organized calendar, everything else can be total chaos, or an organized mess sometimes.
- She claims to not be super smart, just hard working with a can-do attitude.
When Ritika is not working you can find her dancing, volunteering, and mentoring. She spends a lot of quality time with her family which ranges from watching TV to going on trips to attending events.
