#TeamOnsharp applauds our newest crew member! Ikania Kaale joins the Fargo office as a Senior Software Developer.
In this new role, Ikania will strengthen Onsharp’s expertise with 12+ years of software development experience.
Originally from Tanzania, Ikania received a Computer Science degree from North Dakota State University and a Masters in Project Management from the University of Mary. Before joining Onsharp, Ikania got a wide range of software experience – both backend and frontend – at companies including Microsoft.
Ikania was intrigued by #TeamOnsharp after a longtime mentor spoke to him about the company. During his first interview, he was hooked. “I was lured in by the close knit team environment I saw during my interview process,” he said.
Outside of work, Ikania enjoys camping and spending time with his family and friends. He’s a big sports fan and likes both watching games and staying active by running. He’s also an avid reader and staunch defender of books on tape.
