Fifteen years ago this month, I started Onsharp with a co-founder who shared a curiosity for technology and the potential it had for helping businesses to be successful. A Passion for Web and Mobile Development
If you love web and mobile development and are interested in both product development and client projects, then Onsharp is going to be a great fit for you. Our vision is to empower the social employee by providing the tools, coaching and services that set them up for success. You will have an opportunity to really make a difference, both by solving each client’s unique challenges through web and mobile technologies, and by working with the rest of our team to develop the web and mobile apps that make our training and coaching services successful.
In case you’re wondering, where you attend(ed) college, what degree you earned, or whether you even went to college at all is not what we focus on when hiring a developer. To be an ideal candidate, it’s more important that you love to tinker and that you have taken it upon yourself to generate real world experience. That shows us that development is truly in your blood and that you are capable of taking risks, jumping in, going with the flow, and figuring challenges out one step at a time. The only way we grow is by making mistakes and learning from them, and we encourage that every day at Onsharp.
