Born and raised in the small town of New London, Minnesota, Joe Sandin brings a strong work ethic, eye for detail, and passion for results to Onsharp. He graduated from the University of Saint Thomas with a degree in Computer Information Systems. Mr. Sandin has more than 8 years of experience on both the technical and business side of web-based software and has provided web-based software solutions to more than 50 small businesses throughout the Midwest. Mr. Sandin is a Microsoft Certified Professional, having received his MCAD certification in 2006. Mr. Sandin values good communication and a professionalism in every one of his business relationships and encourages those same values within his own organization.

Matt works hard to create and maintain great relationships with potential customers through many avenues while networking in the community. Originally from a small town in Nebraska, leading to a long trek up north to Park Rapids, Minnesota and then relocated to Fargo where he graduated from North Dakota State University with a degree in Business Administration. Never taking a business relationship for granted he works hard not to only uncover the needs for the services we provide but the needs of the business as a whole to promote a successful relationship. Expect a friendly and professional attitude and a devotion to customer satisfaction to be his highest of priorities.

Tami Dowers shares her creative and ambitious attitude with Onsharp to provide the business and its customers with superior customer service in the sales and marketing areas. Originally from Thief River Falls, Minnesota, Ms. Dowers attended and graduated from Northland Community and Technical College and then relocated to the Fargo/Moorhead area to attend Minnesota State University Moorhead where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing. Approaching everything with a positive view, Ms. Dowers is able to offer effective and efficient solutions to even the most unique of issues.

Born and raised in the small town of Carlton, Minnesota, Tony Kramer has been developing websites and applications since 1998. He has a degree in Computer Science from North Dakota State University and has many skills related to computer hardware and software. Mr. Kramer has a strong work ethic, an eye for detail, and a passion for his work that allows him to quickly and effectively produce results. He is proficient in many of the modern web-based languages, including C#, PHP, ASP, HTML, JavaScript, XML, and SQL, and is familiar with many other languages and technologies used in modern computer development.

Jon Reinpold brings an extensive array of software development experience to Onsharp. Over the years, Mr. Reinpold has worked with all aspects of developing quality software – from drafting software specifications that will fit your business requirements to full software deployment and support. He has participated in numerous projects small and big – from simple single page Web sites to multi-million dollar enterprise applications. Mr. Reinpold has a very keen eye for detail and refuses to settle for anything that is less than quality work. He continuously strives to expand his knowledge through research, proof-of-concept testing, and by learning from others.

Scott Babcock applies his nine years of experience in programming to help new and existing clients with their technology needs. Scott has created brand new industry specific software that is tailor fit for that businesses needs, connected two entirely different pieces of software giving the client reports that take seconds to make which used to take hours, and created back end programming for web sites that allow the web site owner to get all of the information to and from the web site. Scott has an Associate of Arts Degree from Fergus Falls Community College, a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Concordia College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Concordia College, and has also taught courses at the Skills and Technology Training Center on Web Programming and Crystal Reports.

Cory Withers is a self-taught programmer with a background in open source development and computer/network security. Although Cory is skilled with numerous high level languages (such as PHP, C++, C#, Java, etc), his roots lie in low level languages like X86 Assembler and C, which allows for “under-the-hood” insight into the underlying technologies that drive the web. Cory uses this perspective to help him develop and review code that is quick, efficient, and secure; and his skill as a reverse-engineer allows him to quickly adapt to and implement new technologies. Cory also has years of experience administrating various forms of Linux and BSD, with a focus on Perl, Ruby, and shell scripting; installing and configuring servers; and methodologies to increase security.
