While Wil-Rich's product design flourished and adapted with new technologies, its website floundered, hindered by boring design, poor navigation and little customer interaction. "We wanted a more interactive site for dealers and farmers to use," says Brad Lingen, Systems Technician at Wil-Rich.

In addition to a thematic design upgrade, Wil-Rich identified three key areas to overhaul: update its product pages, install a new dealer locator, and create a streamlined dealer portal that automatically inputs parts orders into Wil-Rich's existing manufacturing software.

Develop

Onsharp gave Wil-Rich everything the farm equipment company was looking for, and more, says Lingen. "Onsharp presented a couple different ideas that would make the site 'pop,'" Lingen says. "Onsharp came across as a friendly group of people with a top notch technical support team that does not stop until the issue is solved."

Onsharp developed a dealer locator that allows website visitors to search by zip code or state to find their nearest Wil-Rich dealer. And, Onsharp introduced an interactive solution that enables customers to order parts directly from Wil-Rich's website, without the added cost and waste redundancy of having an employee at the home office re-enter the order by hand.

Deliver

Onsharp provided this comprehensive, solution-driven upgrade while staying within Wil-Rich's budget. "Cost-wise, we were looking for a company that would not have monthly 'service' fees," Lingen explains. "If there were budget issues they brought those up immediately. There wasn't any sneaking around trying to hide additional costs or delays."

If the positive feedback from Wil-Rich customers is any indication, Wil-Rich's partnership with Onsharp is bound to continue for years to come. "Customers like how the dealer portal looks," states Lingen. "Onsharp was able to build us a website we as a company can be proud of."
