Competencies: ASP.NET Web Developer
Onsharp is seeking an ASP.NET Web Developer to join our
growing team. You will work with others to develop and implement
proprietary content & data management systems built with
Microsoft technologies into new and existing websites. You will be
involved with implementing dynamic, data driven designs for new
websites as well as existing client websites. The salary range is
based on relevant experience. The position is being offered as full
time employment at our Fargo office.
Thorough understanding and work experience with the
following is required:
- C# & OOP concepts
- HTML & CSS
- XML & XSLT
- T-SQL
Experience with the following is a plus but not
required:
- Windows OS Environment
- Cross-browser and interface testing
- Troubleshooting & debugging Internet technologies
- Quality assurance testing experience
- Utilizing or building Content Management Systems
- Technical writing & documentation
Primary Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain websites utilizing the technologies listed
below
- Implement our product features into new and existing
websites
- Develop improvements for existing processes
- Multitask between regular task requests, small projects and
work as a team on larger projects
- Aid in conversion to newer technologies
- Work with all popular web browsers
Required Competencies:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Ability to analyze and problem solve
- Ability to multitask
- Able to receive direction and proactively resolve challenges
and issues
Programs / Technologies We Use:
- Development IDEs: Visual Studio .Net, Visual Studio 6
- Database Technologies: Microsoft SQL Server (TSQL), DTS
- Web Technologies: HTML, CSS, Asp.Net (C#), JavaScript
(Including DHTML & AJAX), XSLT, XML, Active Server Pages
(ASP)
- 3rd Party Applications: Google Analytics, Adobe Photoshop
