The countdown is on! If you are like many of our clients, you're
already thinking about how to make next year a success. Whether
your plan is simply in your head or elaborately written, there are
3 things to keep in mind about a plan and 5 trends that will affect
your web strategy.
Whether you spend five minutes or five months a plan

- Start with an objective. Know what you want to achieve whether
it's to increase sales of a certain product or service, increase
productivity, or enter a new market. Having an objective or goal
gives you direction.
- Be S.M.A.R.T. Ask if the objective is Specific enough? Is there
is an element to Measure success like an increase of 5%? Is it
Attainable and Realistic? Is it Timely enough to be achieved in
2011?
- Outline how to reach the goal. What are the things you might
need to have and do to successfully complete the objective?
